This workshop is an ideal introduction into Reflexology. You will learn how Reflexology works, How to offer a Reflexology treatment for relaxation & stress relief. How to work safely and learn contraindications. How to do the correct thumb walking, also lots of extra techniques to stimulate and relax the person. You will learn how to read the feet and work on specific areas to calm and relax the mind, body and spirit. You get a manual with information and tuition to help you on the day. There is a maximum of 4 places and you will be working in pairs. You will be putting all your skills together to feel confident about offering this treatment to your family and friends.
