This workshop is an ideal introduction into Reflexology. You will learn how Reflexology works, How to offer a foot massage. How to do the correct thumb walking, also lots of extra techniques to stimulate and relax the person. You will learn how to read the feet and work on specific areas to calm and relax the mind, body and spirit. You get a manual with information and tuition to help you on the day. There is a maximum of 4 places and you will be working in pairs. The last hour you will be putting all your skills together to feel confident about offering this treatment to your family and friends.

Debbie provided a very welcoming, calm, relaxing and spiritual atmosphere. At first we centered on my own self healing allowing me to feel more calm, re energised and grounded. Reiki First Timer
My first time having Reiki healing with Debbie. What a lovely caring lady, took the time to speak to me about what I needed as I wasn’t totally sure, also taught me about grounding, energy and chakras very briefly. Felt so peaceful and relaxed when I left and then I went for a very relaxed walk before driving home. On my journey home I had tears, good tears, emotions being released and now just feel utterly calm and relaxed – thank you so much Debbie, I would recommend this to anyone who is open to this type of healing – give it a go, you won’t regret it!
Angelic Reiki
I recently completed a weekend of Angelic Reiki training. I really enjoyed the whole experience. It felt like we were in a wonderful bubble of healing energy for the whole time. It was very immersive and practical, giving us a chance to experience the energy for ourselves. Debbie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would really recommend this course to anyone with an interest in this area.

The course was amazing very relaxing gentle but powerful in the same sense , Debbie is a well knowledged tutor very insightful and very encouraging to just let go and blend with the healing angels , the weekend felt like a retreat in many ways the course was well worth the cost and i can’t wait to go to teacher level after working on some clients first but left feeling ready to share this beautiful modality in angelic reiki
