All holistic treatments require a full consultation to establish your health and suitability for the correct treatment. After care advice will be given and if necessary a consultation with your Doctor for more Chronic conditions. Most holistic treatments listed have similar health benefits and work by re-balancing your body’s systems.
With all holistic treatments you might experience a healing reaction for a couple of days which is a normal re-balancing of the body systems.

Reiki First Timer
My first time having Reiki healing with Debbie. What a lovely caring lady, took the time to speak to me about what I needed as I wasn’t totally sure, also taught me about grounding, energy and chakras very briefly. Felt so peaceful and relaxed when I left and then I went for a very relaxed walk before driving home. On my journey home I had tears, good tears, emotions being released and now just feel utterly calm and relaxed – thank you so much Debbie, I would recommend this to anyone who is open to this type of healing – give it a go, you won’t regret it!

I recently completed a weekend of Angelic Reiki training. I really enjoyed the whole experience. It felt like we were in a wonderful bubble of healing energy for the whole time. It was very immersive and practical, giving us a chance to experience the energy for ourselves. Debbie was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would really recommend this course to anyone with an interest in this area.
