Treatments were rewarding and being 12 years since studied myself ..Debbie explained things in deprh but easy to pick up using good techniques on your own able learning.

The treatment itself was perfect for me, afterwards I’ve felt so much more grounded, but with more energy and a lot less tense than when I arrived!
