Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book a course, workshop, event, treatment or reading with Diamond Light School of Healing (Debbie Thorne, 7 Whitecross Road, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1EP). Please read them before you book. If anything is unclear, call Debbie on 07905 537118.

Booking and payment

  • Your place is reserved when you complete the booking form. Bank details are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
  • Please pay within 3 days of booking, or straight away if the course is less than 7 days away, otherwise the place may be released.
  • Courses run in small groups. If a course is full you can ask to be told when the next date is announced.
  • For treatments and readings, Debbie will contact you after booking to arrange a day and time.

Courses and certificates

  • Some courses need you to have completed an earlier level first. This is shown on each course page.
  • Certificates are given when you have attended the whole course and completed any practice or case studies it asks for.
  • Course times, lunch and what to bring are shown on each course page and confirmed by email before the day.

Your health

Holistic therapies and Reiki are complementary approaches to wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and Debbie does not diagnose conditions or prescribe. Please keep seeing your doctor for any medical condition and tell Debbie before your session or course about any health condition, pregnancy or medication that may be relevant.

Changes and cancellations

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If we ever have to cancel or move a course, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
