Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans change. This is how cancellations and refunds work for courses, workshops, events, treatments and readings booked with Diamond Light School of Healing.

Your 14-day right to cancel

When you book online you normally have 14 days from the day you book to change your mind and get a full refund. If you ask for a course or treatment to take place within those 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for any part already provided.

Courses, workshops and retreats

  • More than 14 days before the start: full refund, or move to another date free of charge.
  • 7 to 14 days before the start: no refund, but you can move to another date free of charge.
  • Less than 7 days before the start: no refund, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (please let us know their name).

Treatments and readings

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel an appointment. Treatments cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged in full. Recorded readings that have already been sent cannot be refunded.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel or move a course, event or appointment, you can choose a new date or a full refund.

How to cancel

Email dtholistictraining@gmail.com or call 07905 537118 with your name and booking. Refunds are made to the account you paid from within 14 days.
